There are 10 ways to choose the first card times 9 ways to choose the second card, equals 90.

If first even and second odd, there are 5 times 5 equals 25 ways.

If first odd and second even, there are 5 times 5 equals 25 ways.

If both even, there are 5 times 4 equals 20 ways.

    25+25+20 = 70.

    70/90 = 7/9
