How do I lower my blood pressure from 141/85 to 130/75 quickly at 16?
I am a 16 year old girl and I am 187 pounds. I drink a lot of water and tea. I exercise at least 2 times a week but I am going to start 4-5 times a week. I eat mostly healthy foods. My school nurse told me that I need to go to my doctor for help with this becaise they took the reading and my mom threw out the paper and said as long as you continue being healthier then you will be fine. What are some more tips I can do to lower my bp to a more healthy range even though I am just a little over amd every time I am tested I just was talking a extremely hard chemistry test. Does sleep pay a factor in bp because I get usually and hour less than what I need. Also I dont drink to much caffine.
