1964 Ford Thunderbird Landau Ticking Noise?

Can someone please tell me what is causing my TBird to make this ticking noise? It does have the original FE 390. My Dad says that it's a cracked exhaust manifold. If it is, I've got a pair from a 67 TBird, would this fit. Thanks.

If you have time, check out my TBird pulling my Dad's 1970 Ford Torino Type NorthWest! (I spin the tires a little bit...)

Yeah dude, I say your dad is right. You need new manifolds to get rid of that loud popping noise. I saw your Tbird pull the Torino. You two got a couple of cool cars that just need a little TLC.
