Can Jerry Sandusky be charged with second or third degree murder?
Sandusky’s actions led to a scandal which ultimately (arguably) led to the decline of Joe Paterno’s health and subsequent death due to the embarrassment and humiliation/disgrace that Paterno was forced to endure for “not doing enough.” when someone else reported having seen Sandusky molesting a child. Long story short could Sandusky actually be found responsible for Paterno’s death to a degree?

No. Not only would it be hard to (legally) establish that his death was a consequence of his humiliation, but the shame and humiliation came not from Sandusky's actions but from Paterno's knowing and allowing it to continue. And all the while Patero preached to always do the right thing, evenn if it's hard. No, he earned his humiliation himself. Sandusky has plenty to answer for, but not that.

Jerry Sandusky is innocent until proven guilty. Some of the accusations have already been disproven but not all. Have to wait for the trial.
If he is innocent, then it is Linda Kelly's inflammatory grand jury presentment which explicitly blamed Paterno which may have contributed to his death.

No. Paterno was old and would have died anyway and had his own (in)actions to be ashamed of.

No. Paterno died of lung cancer, not the Sandusky affair (not even arguably).
