where's my 1040 forms?
i was woundering if i have one more to come.from cumberland farms inc.

you must be thinking of W-2 statements..... 1040 is the form to fill out to file your federal return. If you file electronically, you don't use 1040 forms.
You should get a W-2 from every job that you had in the past year. If you don't get one then, go back to that employer and DEMAND one. They have to give you one! It's the law !!
If you made less than $400 from that job, you really shouldn't count it as part of your adjusted gross income.Source(s): been there, done that

A 1040 is the paperwork you file with the IRS, I think you are looking for w-2 forms from your employer. They have to be postmarked by today so it may be a few more days before you have all of your w-2 forms. If you have moved you can call the previous employer and ask for a copy to be sent to your new address.
