Taking time off from work during the middle of the day to go out and eat and sleep and then come back to work a couple of hours later. That's interesting.

The Spanish did not invent lollipop, the submarine, or the bucket and mop. But Spaniards think they did. (They made improvements). A Spaniard did, however, invent the autogyro and another invented the Molotov cocktail.

A really silly one is that my old car had 'seat' written on the steering wheel.

Now why not google your question? Ask has a long list of funny facts and misconceptions about Spain.

You can swim in the sea and ski in the mountains in the same day (barcelona area) they eat late after 2pm for lunch and 10pm for dinner the kids stay up late with parents. When they eat they serve portions separately ie:chicken first then chips after there are 2 different spanish languages catalan and castillian similar but different. They love bullfighting it is one of the most widely spoken languages in the world. They dont really say please or thankyou much its not in their nature. When royalty die they are kept in an ornate amazing mausoleum which is decorated with frescoes gold etc so ornate its unbelievable. they are mostly catholic. They have a painting of the mona lisa (but not the mona lisa) in a el prado museum madrid. Im sure if you go on to the tourist board you will find lots of amazing historical facts such as they had a dictator for a while etc etc

Here's one: People in Spain pretty much do their own research. They don't ask other people to do it for them.

    Try that, instead.

They love to sleep and it is good for healthy and live life to fullest. But if everybody spends too much time for sleep, then no good for the nation's economy. :)

If you go to Spain you'll forget the concept of party that you know right now

In Madrid, Gandia (and many sites of Alicante), Valencia, Barcelona and off course Ibiza are denominated like party cities.

especially Madrid and his parties night and Ibiza and... well ...amazing.

Some hotels in the five star range have bathrooms and toilets that you don't have to share with the neighbors....not many, but some.

Oh, the concept of women shaving their armpits is starting to be accepted too.
