Yes he did along with several of other lead generating sites. Just simply search his name on Google there is plenty of sites with info on him. A buddy of mine used myPhoneRoom.com before and he said they do what they promise, they would get a potential prospect and 3-way him he said he was making real good money but he started a new business where he doesn't need leads anymore. So to answer your question yes he started it. Hope this helps :)
