in the logistic function y=C/(1+Ae^-bx), what does wach variable mean?

I cannot find "wach" variable.
y=C/(1+Ae^-bx)
C = limiting value of the output
A = the number of times the initial population must grow to reach C
B = If B is positive, the logistic function will always increase
------If B is negative, the logistic function will always decrease
