If i'm on a diet what should I eat to lose about 10-12 pounds ? Please name good breakfast , lunch & dinner ideas thanx

If you were wondering I am 14 Years old , I'm 5'2 and weigh 110

    Breakfast:

    Eat a boiled egg.

    Brunch (10-11 p.m):

    -Low calorie snack.

    Lunch:

    -A sandwich, you can add anything to your sandwich, but no ham and cheese. Beef is okay since it has lower calories than ham.

    -Dinner:

    Any Fruit or salad.

    You should drink more water. At least 2 litres a day. Avoid sweets and fries. And have a little exercise everyday. I lost 44 lbs in 2 months. Wish you luck :-)

    Here's a good meal plan to lose weight:

    Breakfast:

    Block of lard

    Sausages

    Bacon

    Lego

    Lunch:

    4 whole pizzas

    3 sponge cakes

    5 golden rings

    Dinner:

    Whole pig

    9lbs of cheese

    Metal filings

    Snacks:

    The dreams of small children

    Tears

    Pies

    Humans

    My husband and I did this. Amazing and easy diet. we did modify a few things. I don't like fish so I ate chicken. I would chop a chicken breast up in cubes and put it in a skillet with Italian dressing. cook until it's slightly caramelized. AWESOME. Plus I LOVED that I could have chocolate before bed. Helped reduce my cravings. It's only supposed to be a 7 day quick start for a diet but my husband and I did it for two weeks and I lost almost 20 lbs. He lost 25. Drink lots of water. Hope this helps :)
