NBA 2k12 My Player always freezes at halftime?

Question

Ok so I was wondering if anyone else was having this problem like me. So when I am playing my 14th game in my player against the Chicago bulls, I always get up to halftime but during the halftime presentation it always freezes showing the clippers and wizards logos. Does this happen to anyone else, and is there a way to fix it or do I just have to wait for a patch.

NOTE: I HAVE ALREADY TURNED AUTOSAVE OFF BUT IT STILL DOESN'T WORK

Maybe your game is scrached if it is pour some vegetable oil on a bowl and put the disk in there let it sit for 3-5 days or something is wrong with your system take it to amestop and see what the can do hope this helps
