Is Sulphur Dioxide suitable for coeliacs?

Just a better way of asking it...

I think you mean sulphates or sulphites because sulphur dioxide is not something I would expect to see in food. I would be very surprised to see "sulphur dioxide" on the label.

The question is not an uninteresting one because some people do consider sulphites and sulphates to be important in problems to do with digestion. I do not have any knowledge of them directly. It really depends on how sensitive you are.
