My best friend is who i have on my mind but she has a boyfriend who she may dump...i like her alot but dont wanna ruin are friendship or make it weird!! please please help

and idk if these are signs but she rights stuff on my hand and binders like i love you and i own you but also alotta girls do that so someone please help
