Diarrhea a sign of pregnancy ?

My period was over 2 days ago. It was heavier than usual and lasted longer. Today I threw up when I woke up. I also have a very bad stomach pain and I keep having diarrhea. Should I go to the urgent care or just take a pregnancy test?

sounds like a tummy bug an a heavy period, jus have lots of water an dont eat much, see how you are in a couple days the go docs maybe
