Should people be paid for reading long questions here ?

when i see a very long question that looks like a mini short story, i am baffled by its mere length and dare not read so long a narrative. But when i see answers below, i cannot but admire those who have taken pains to read such elaborate narration. really. kind souls. this question is a glowing tribute to all those patient readers who go through such ordeal with a smile on their face...please, take this easy !
