how to fix error code 51330?

I'm trying to connect to the internet but it keeps giving me error code 51330 its a new at&t modem. Please help

You need to provide more information.

What are you trying to connect to the internet?

What model modem do you have?

Is your AT&T account suspended?

Is the modem connected to the internet?

Are you able to log on to the Modem and check the internet connection settings and status?

Is the modem getting power? Maybe it wasn't plugged in tight enough and fell out? Try unplugging it, plugging it back in, turning off the device and turning it back on. Hopefully this works :)
