How does a car AC fan speed affect cooling. Is a slower or higher fan speed cooler?

It is a no brainer. The slower fan speed will allow the air to give up more heat when it moves through the evaporator then it could when it is on high but your just looking at the vent temp here not the whole cars inside. To cool the interior you need to move all the air through the evaporator so the faster you do that the faster it will cool.
