No heat in the house - hot water and gas stove and heater blower are working?

Question

Was just redoing the bathroom floor yesterday - replacing the entire floors. Today the house was cold in the morning. The furnace is working including hot water and the stove. The thermostat is clicking on and has turned on the heater blower unit outside. That unit is running and blowing hot air. Air seems to be coming into the house but not a lot of air flow. Just cleaned the filter still no good.

Any help or what to do?

check the duct work to the bathroom, you could have knocked it loose during the remodel.
