What should i do? should i continue doin her work?,?

i live in hostel with 2 other girls. 1 of them asks us to do her every damn work. . even my 2nd roommate follows whateva she says quietly. . we really dont like to get in arguments so never said anythin to the 1st girl. she is elder than both of us and tells her to do this or that. she even takes our things and dont even return back. we never get involved in arguments cuz i know my 2nd roommate will never support me. and moreover i dont even know how to fight. . i dont even know how to say NO. kindly help
