Would Acland street be a good place to take photos tomorrow (Melbourne)?

I want good rain pictures. Is there anything I should I pack. I want to go around 1.30pm. My camera and lens aren't weather sealed

Tony the pro's are the only thing in St Kilda worth taking pictures of. The druggies are very photogenic

i think of the guy who gave you the line call has the undesirable spelling. it particularly is Acland street. in St Kilda. google "Acland street, Melbourne" and you will get the map. Cheers.
