What does 'nothing less than yourself' mean?

I am translating a book but I don't know the following words. Can someone please tell me the meaning of them in more detail? Thanks in advance.

1. Are you ready to be nothing less than yourself again.

2. You were nothing less than yourself.

3. Always be scrappy

4. shell designed to melt off

5. But for the careerist, great is the only thing worth being.

6. Surely you can pull through that all-nighter.
