I don't generalize. Imo it depends from person. How much he/she takes care of himself - food habits, bad habits like smoking, fitness activity, etc. I know some dudes who are around 50 and looks like 30 or 40. And some woman too.

The thing is that woman can hide their look more better by using makeup, but for some reason I don't think it makes them generally more often to look younger.

It really depends on there life style. But I would say men can age better than women. Youth is appreciated more with women than with men.
