ISPs will be required to penalize you for any P2P software detected, including account suspension and even up to imprisonment. So much as uploading a youtube video would be illegal if a company logo appears on a video. If you upload a youtube video and there is coca cola can sitting in the background where it can be seen, that name is copyrighted and you could be penalized for it. I KID YOU NOT!!
