If the terrain is mostly flat, just about any vehicle with fat tires providing flotation on the sand or other soft surfaces will work. You need a leak repair kit and portable air pump handy at all times.......

If there are any dunes of any size at all, you will need something with a fair amount of power, paddle tires, and light weight to get over those dunes.
