I can answer that with an adamant, "YES". We have had two of our children in the program for 20 weeks and one for 12 weeks. My oldest son was diagnosed with ADHD about a year ago and after getting nothing but labels in the medical community we were led to LearningRx. We feel as if everything finally makes sense to us at LearningRx. They explained our children's struggles, the answers, and their methodology. It makes so much sense to strengthen the brain for it to work better. My kids far surpass me now in their abilities to hold onto information, repeat that information, retain information. My oldest (13yr) now goes head to head with his trainer in many of his exercises. He can say his presidents forwards and backwards in less than 30 seconds. How does this translate at home and in school? Tests that took 2 hours now take 20 minutes. He does twice the work in half the time. He reads willingly. He thinks of his brothers and sisters more often and has become kinder and gentler where he once was frustrated and angry all the time. He feels smart. He feels like a winner.
My daughter is a struggling reader and she wrote a story about a family of horses within the first 6 weeks of training. She had so much confidence she not only wrote the story but illustrated it as well. Children can do just about anything when they have confidence in themselves. Mine now do!!
I have one more child who will enter the program and I am beginning to be train so that I may "partner" with LearningRx and train my children at home. I know of two other families in our center here in Jacksonville who are seeing the same amazing results in their children.
Who is next? After my second born son it will be me and my husband.
I feel LearningRx always puts my children's best interests at heart and are truly interested in my child, not my money. The program is a commitment but it's one well worth taking. I feel as if I am setting my children up to succeed for the rest of their lives. Our center here is like family to us. And I am so very thankful we have found them.
