Will I lose weigh with this ?
Okay, i'm 13 and i'm about 125 pounds ..
I'm about 5'1
Well , if I do
1)100 jumping jacks
3)50 sit ups
4)5 sqwats that last 30 second each
5)Jog on the same spot for 5 minutes
If I do that everyday , will anything happen??
Also, every other day I have P.E , and I run a mile , I do about 30 jumping jacks, 20 pushups, 30 sit ups, 50 sqwats, and lunges ..
So in 2 months or so , how much weigh do you think I'll lose ?
If it matters, today I woke up at 7:00 but didn't eat anything,
I at 11:30 I ate a pizza slice from the caferetia,
I ate a twix chocolate bar at 2:30
I ate 2 light buttered popcorns at 4:30..
Now its 6:00 , do I think I ate alot today ?

Fix your diet. Your exercise isn't enough either, you should be out running instead. To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you eat. To burn calories you need to keep your heart pumping and your blood needs to be warm. Run for 30 minutes to an hour everyday and you will lose weight. You need to have a healthy diet too.

You need to stop eating junk and eat more fruits, veggies, protein, and dairy. And don't eat your school's food over 90% of school meals are worse than fast food. Bring your lunch and drink lots of water. I think you're getting plenty of exercise, but you need more cardio.

No you didn't eat a lot but what you did eat was unhealthy about 700-900 calories
