can this diet get me a six pack?

4 Egg Whites

1 Whole Egg

1/2 Cup of Oatmeal

1/2 Cup of Blueberries

Meal 2:

1 Scoop of Protein Powder

1 Tablespoon of Natural Peanut Butter

1 Oz Of Walnuts

* Blend together with water and bring to school in shaker cup

Meal 3:

5 oz of Chicken Breast

7 oz of Sweet Potatoes

Meal 4:

5 oz of Chicken Breast

2/3 Cups of Brown Rice

Meal 5 - Post Workout:

2 Scoop of Protein Powder

1 Banana

5 oz of Top Round Steak

1 Table Spoon of Olive Oil

1/2 Cup of Spinach

Update:

im gonna be doing weight training monday wed friday and cardio m-friday

Update 2:

im 14 5'9

    I'd been looking for ways to lose some weight and gain muscle for awhile.

    Of course there were a million sites saying they had the secret.

    Well in order to get a six pack you have to workout using this diet will get you one faster but it will take at least 3 to for months depending on your dedication to it.

    Hell yeah man, that's a great diet you have there. Stick to it and stay determined everyday! That 6 pack is sitting there waiting for you.
