    Tom is correct. There are neighorhoods with homeowner associations that have unique rules for their communities. Some of these do prohibit parking an rv in their neighborhood.

    You can park in your own driveway provided that you do not block the sidewalk or stick out into the street. Now there are restrictions in some communities that state that items such as RVs, boats and sand buggies need to be parked behind a gate in the backyard. Those sorts of mandates are generally covered in the CC&Rs of the housing development.
