Why do I feel tired all the time?

Im halfway through my teens. Im a student, i study 4 subjects and music outside of that and I do a lot of exercise and am part of a youth organisation. I do feel stressed but not overly. Even if I sleep 6 hours or 10 hours, it doesn't matter, I wake up really tired and I'm tired through the day and evening. I don't understand why, I have a good diet also, not on any pills and I don't have any medical problems.

For three months now I've been waking up at around 4 every night too.

Why is this happening and what can I do?

Whatever you do, don't listen when people say "drink energy drinks, it'll make you better". If there's something wrong with you, your body should sort it out itself. Talk to your parents about seeing a doctor, and explain all the symptoms you've been feeling since it started. :)
