like how much money do they get in a year? are they a poor, average, or wealthy state?

The State of Alaska, by definition, is a non-profit entity, so it doesn't really "make" any money. If you're asking about the state's revenue, from taxes and such, you can look through the annual budgets, because there are a number of revenue streams available for states, including aid from the federal government.
