How do i stop acne i have tried baking soda but it stings really bad?
Ok so i have a few pimples on my nose and head they have got really bad lately so i decided today was the day to try and sort it out i tried the baking soda Technic but it hurts really bad have you go any other suggestions thanks in advance :)

1. Please stop irritating your face.
2. Don't touch your face, the more you touch, wipe, scrape, the more the skin becomes sensitive, and the more chances of acne
3. wash your face every morning with a good soap (i like caress) or cleanser
(this may seem unimportant, or you've heard before, but it gets rid of daily natural oil and dirt.)
And finally stop worrying and noticing, the more you do the more you will mess with your pimples and make them worse

The popular opinion is that diet does not effect acne.
I am personally very against this opinion.
Caffeine, food colorings/additives, preservatives, artificial sweeteners, msg, preservatives all cause acne. Start drinking tons of water and eating mostly unpackaged fresh food.
Your acne will improve.
This exact situation happened to me. I used to have pretty bad acne large and small bumps. I started eating better cut out alot of the sugar and bad stuff and my acne improved. Honestly acne production don't really work that well because they don't treat the problem they just treat the symptoms or after effects.
To treat the problem you really need to change your lifestyle.

toothpaste dries out the pimple too, i persoanlly use a low dose birth control for my acne and it does wonders, talk to your doctor if your considering it, mine is called Cyestra 35, hope this helps :)
