Should I exercise when tired?

I'm a 14 year old boy and I normally try to exercise at least 1 hr a day. But tonight I slept for about 6hrs so I'm not extremely tired but I'm still pretty tired. Normally I'd jump rope for half an hour and walk for about 1,5 hr today. Do you think it's a good idea to skip the jump rope and just go for the walk?

    I think just going for a walk is a good idea. It sounds like you work out a lot, which is great! But sometimes your body needs a rest day.

    Yup yup just go for a calm walk. Active recovery!
