Does anyone here use those 'body blades' for working out?
I am wondering how well they work for basketball related work outs. A strong core helps all sports I guess.
Are they affective?

To light, to isolated to really be effective.
Doing ball-drills, and jump-drills will be much more effective, because next to your core, that'll also get your limbs involved in a more conducive way.
