The sumo and regular squat both work the glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, hip flexors and calves. However, the sumo squat places more emphasis on the *inner thighs* and glutes. The muscles on the inner thighs are called the adductors. Adduction is the motion of moving the thighs toward the midline of the body.

Lie on your returned with your knees bent, ft flat on the floor. place a volleyball or yet another ball approximately that length in between your knees. Squeeze your knees mutually strongly and carry for 3-5 seconds. Do 8-10 reps, 2 units, 3x each and every week. which will strengthen your inner thigh muscle tissues.
