I forgive you!

To translate "我原諒你", there are many ways to do so. It will depend upon how you do the 原諒. I mean the mind state (for examples: easy going, sincere, serious ... and so on).
If you do it in a very common way, you say:
I forgive you or
you are excused.
If you do it in a more formal way, you say:
I condone you.
If you do it in a very formal way, you say:
I pardon you.
The above are simple ways, if you like it to be more elaborated, you say:
I exercise my forgiveness to you.
There are more words for 原諒, for examples: absolve, discharge, ... and so on, but they are likely used in legal system. I think your question is ONLY at the personal level, so I stop here without going any further.
OK, hopefully, this can give you a more comprehensive explanation for such an easy expression.

現在式,用於"'常態" 而"原諒 forgive "不適用於"常態",但大家都用現在式,......
應該要講:
You are forgiven. 你已被原諒了 .
