How can i get a little more muscular?

Im 15 and im 5' 8" and weigh 145 and i know that is a healthy weight but i dont have any muscle. Being in highschool and all i really need to get muscular. What are some easy quick workouts that would be good for me? Also what are some healthy snacks that are tasty that i could eat after the workout?

    Best way to get muscles:

    Bench press any weight you can do weather it be the bar or with weight.


    Chin ups

    Dumbbell curls any weight you can handle

    You should also workout your legs, that is a major in building muscles.




    As for snacks:

    Fruit snacks, peanut butter/jelly Sand which, muscle milk,

    Push ups and protien shakes. Wall pushes. Wall sits. Calf raises. Lunges. plank. Kataranga run. Superman-->banana
