These services which are provided without any discrimination just like a public service in 17 cities including the airports with a very limited number of passengers, have been stopped in Istanbul by a decision of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality. We were forced to suspend our services on January 14, 2012, at 09:00 am and as part of a good faith initiative we felt the necessity to make a public announcement to avoid any possible grievances of our citizens.
At HAVAŞ we were carrying out our services by respecting all applicable legal and commercial rules and within the framework of our acquired rights arising from the privatization processes but we had to stop them temporarily. We hereby declare that we will take all necessary legal actions in order to resume urgently offering our services which are of high public interest in our opinion and we respectfully announce to the public that we hope to restart promptly offering our services to our citizens.
