Do you have your cIOS installed? Pretty sure it's required for the save game dumping.

Check the guide you used to install the Homebrew Channel, if you haven't Trucha patched, do this;

Then you can install your cIOS;

Once you have that done, you'll be able to dump your saves. I'd suggest using SaveGame Manager GX, cause you can extract AND install with it. Pretty user friendly too;

Extracting/modifying/creating save files for consoles is a violation of the consoles agreement. What you are asking is illegal and shouldn't be asked here. Sorry to sound like a d*** but someone reported me on here for giving advice on things like this.
