Definitely Nicholas. Nathaniel is a longer name that sounds posh to me, Noah is way too popular and trendy right now, and I think Nathan is more of a nickname for Nathaniel than a full name on its own. Nicholas is a strong, handsome, masculine, sophisticated, elegant, traditional, cute name that any boy of any age would be lucky to have. It comes with the nicknames Nick, Nicky, and Cole, but Nicholas itself is a solid name that will take your son very far in life. =)

    Nathaniel.

I feel like it's the most distinguished among the rest. Nicholas and Noah and pretty common. And I prefer Nathan as a nickname to Nathaniel; it doesn't seem complete.

    Nicholas is overused.

Nathaniel is great, I like it a lot.

Noah is a wonderful name, one of my favorite short names.

Nathan is also a good name but it could be used as a nickname for Nathaniel

    Best of luck to you!
