Cheap synths for sale?

Question

I would like to buy a synth for $150 or under (I'm a kid, and so I can't afford anything above that without months of saving). I don't mind what the heck the quality is at all because I can circuit bend it to get more sounds. I already have a monotron and a Nebulophone. I don't want a stylophone.

If you're into circuit bending, get a Casio SK-1. They're one of the best synths for messing around with in that respect. Really cheap too. There's a couple going on eBay at the minute for £15 which is about $25.
