Where should I apply?

I want to be an environmental engineer and am a competitive applicant. Considering everything from athletics to location to academics where should I apply? I have a 29 ACT and a 4.0 weighted GPA. Thanks for your opinion.

Be aware Environmental Engineers don't get much respect from other engineers.

Environmental Engineers are considered to be interfering, semi-trained, busybodies.

Consider instead Bioprocess Engineering or Biological Engineering.
