I wonder how many illegals from Mexico are being sent here by Mexico ? Illegals parade around with Mexico flags, they protest with Mexico flags, they continuous talk of how great Mexico is and how if only Mexico had the Southwest, they been taught, Mexico will proposer, everyone will have jobs, new cars, new houses, free medical care, free college education, free child support, the only issue holding this all back is, Mexico needs only to have the Southwest back. States are setting free dangerous illegals, even with federal detainers, danderous illegals are set free, to roam the streets of America, drug cartels have taken over national parks, Obama puts up warning signs, but takes no action, 0bama gives border agents bean bags , to confront armed and dangerous drug cartels who have assult weapons, ak-47's against bean bags.. The county board saw no reason to keep spending tax dollars to break up families over a traffic stop.
That's not what happened in the Chavez case. He was charged with a felony in which someone was killed. If he was convicted, he'd fulfill his sentence and then be deported. It's easy to see why, given the opportunity, he would forgo a trial and possible prison time and simply deport himself.
Chavez would still be around if the sheriff's office hadn't been prohibited from calling ICE. That's one way of looking at it. But it's not ICE's job to prosecute or punish him on the charges for which he was arrested. Nor is it ICE's responsibility to hold him for trial, though that is, in effect, what would have happened.
It was up to the court system to set bond based on the seriousness of Chavez's alleged crime, his risk to public safety and the likelihood that he might flee. Clearly, the bond wasn't high enough to stop him.
We don't fault the judge here: Bond was set at $250,000 in June. Until the county board passed its ordinance, though, Chavez had little incentive to put up the required $25,000, because he would have been transferred to ICE instead of being released. Now, jumping bail is easier, and more likely. We hope that is figuring into bond calculations.
But the case has given county board members reason to reconsider the consequences of their vote. On the day after the ordinance passed, in fact, some of them seemed surprised to learn that it applied to felony charges as well as misdemeanors. It shouldn't.

They can try but that will never happen.American Constitution will be protected.I know a illegal Mexican that said that the American flag was the flag of Mexico.Every American should hear that because that's how they think.Every American should be outraged and be on the phone to their elected officials. This craziness has gone on for far to long and Politicians need to put a stop to it.As Americans that should be a top priority.
