Will a warm air vaporizor help with bloody noses?

my daughter has had terrible bloody noses since I turned the heat on. Tonight after some saline and a little vaseline, i'm also reading a humidifier would help. But I don't have one. Can I use a vaporizor since it also releases steam in to the air?

    it may but a cool mist is better. Be sure to clean daily and only use distilled water
