How long will it take to see results..?

in my thighs if I bike for 40 minutes a day?

Also, what other exercises can I do for my thighs to see results in about a month?

    I did pilates for a month and my thighs got noticeably thinner, especially the inner thighs. Try it out! :3

    your metabolism decides when to show your results.I suggest yoga(calming and good for your legs and mental being),jogging,Dancing (It sounds weird but its true),and gymnastics.Exercise is only one slice of a successful diet,you will need lots of water,healthy foods,determination,and will power.
