could Obama fire the internal revenue service just by telling the secretary of the treasury to do so?
If not; why not?
Smells .. You are completely wrong the Secretary of the Treasury can fire any contractor he chooses and the IRS is a contract agency having never been created by congress!

Yes! The IRS is not a federal agency because there is no record of the congress ever creating it so it must be contracted by treasury and can be fired by the secretary of the treasury.Source(s): congressional record

Because the president isn't allowed to just fire bureaucrats at will. He's not a dictator, no matter what the Paulites seem to think.
