Can Gay parent influence a child's behavior?

If the couple were either Men (through adoption, child could be from new born to 3 years old) or Women (IVF treatment).

Whilst growing up would the child learn from Their behaviors, maybe turn out homosexual them self because of their parents or have a Gender Identity Disorder?

  • No. Most of our learned behavior is how we act and what we believe. Sexuallity has no bearing on learned behavior. Your parents had no say in what turns you on today. Enless you were exposed to sexual acts at a young age it is not learned behavior. Though it is possible if the couple is a bit femanin that a child may act gay even though they are not. Anyone that believes homosexuality is a choice must also believe that heterosexuality is a choice, and they can make a change any time they want.

They wouldnt be homosexual unless they themsleves are people dont influence that, but possibly sexual identity might be confused really depends on the person. We live in a difficult world and it depends on how they become influenced by their surroundings. But i believe that it doesnt matter who your parents are, if they teach you good morals and explain to you any confusing situations the child will turn out fine :)

given all the evidence so far... not likely to happen at all. There's enough history of gay couples with kids to show this scenario is not likely to occur. Which then would imply that sexual attraction is based on genetic coding with minimal influence in upbringing.

No, there is no evidence to suggest this is the case. Any difference in numbers would likely be due to more people feeling happy to come out, not more people being gay.

umm maybe they would have the same interests as their parents but people are born with their sexuality
