Do you genuinely believe a union protects an employee who has behaved inappropriately from being fired? If this was the case, no employer would ever allow unions. The owner of a company or his/her legitimate representative has the obvious right to terminate someone for inappropriate behavior.

Exactly how would you feel if you owned a company and you had a worker creating mayhem and chaos among co-workers and customers and the union would not allow you to get rid of him?

Your question is a little ridiculous
