Roger Moore's fifth James Bond movie that came out in 1981 which is call For your Eyes Only.

In the precredit Bond is NOT being chase over the rooftop. what it is Bond at the cemetery to pay his respect to his late wife Tracy (which he married in On Her Majesty's Secret Service, and was killed shortly after they left their wedding by SPECTRE on a drive by). The helicopter was either a fake or real one from MI6 to pick Bond up from the cemetery.
