Are CD changer connectors different on different makes of car?

I have an iPod interface that plugged into the cd changer port in my 2002 Dodge Intrepid, and I was wondering if I could use it in my '06 Civic now that my intrepid is totaled instead of having to buy an iPod interface specifically for Honda
