Can I see the Wikipedia from China?

    yes, it is possible. but make sure u dont search any sensitive topic related to china within wikipedia, such as 'liu xiaobo', 'dalai lama', 'taiwan independence', 'china human rights' etc. it will be redirected into page showing error to display the result.

    im not sure if 'republic of china' & 'taiwan' itself a sensitive topic within china (PRC), since ROC is recognized that it had existed in 1912-1949 in china, and that taiwan, as a region, is indisputebly part of china.
