    Which george bush?

Was clinton included for his undeclared wars?

    Was Obama included?

The entire congress should be indicted for Dereliction of Duty.

(It only applies to all branches of the US Military right now, I guess, but it should be extended to all branches of the US Government.)

When the congress is stepped on by the executive branch it is THEIR DUTY to do something about it. That's their job. That's WHY they're there: To write very few laws. To maintain their branch's balance of power. To provide a CHECK on the powers of the Judicial and Executive Branches...and for other purposes.

Source(s): United States Constitution. It either matters or it doesn't. There is no in-between. Yoda: Try not. Doooo. Or do not. There is no try. Mr. Miagi: Danielsan you karate do, or you karate don't. You karate, so-so? SQUASH. Just like-a grape.

Wouldn't the UN also have to be indicted being they approved the war in Iraq?

  • You can't have an indictment without the person even being there. Bush is home in the US enjoying Christmas. http://nicedeb.files.wordpress.com/2010/12/treebus...

The ICCC is a toothless dog. Ceremonial at best.

Besides, any time a victor commits war crimes, they are rewarded, its the loser who pays the price.
